Due to the bespoke nature of our IT and marketing services, we have established a transparent refund protocol:
If you request a cancellation before any technical work has started (usually within 48 hours of payment), you are eligible for a 100% refund.
Should you cancel after the project has commenced, refunds will be strictly prorated based on the milestones already achieved and billable hours spent.
Costs incurred for third-party assets—such as domain name registrations, web hosting servers, and premium API licenses—are entirely non-refundable.
All approved refunds will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
